Doula AND Midwife’s Assistant

This immersive Doula & Midwife Assistant Training is designed for individuals who are passionate about supporting families through pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum care. In partnership with Touch of Osun Midwifery Services and Atlanta’s Baby Consultant, this specialized training provides foundational and hands-on education for those seeking to expand their knowledge and confidence within the birth world.

Participants will receive instruction in:

• The role and responsibilities of a doula and midwife assistant

• Labor support techniques and comfort measures

• Birth positioning and hands-on support skills

• Medical terminology and common birth interventions

• Prenatal, labor, postpartum, and newborn support

• Professionalism, client communication, and birth advocacy

• Real-life scenarios and practical application in birth settings

This collaborative cohort is ideal for aspiring doulas, birth workers, healthcare support professionals, and individuals looking to deepen their understanding of holistic maternal care. Participants will leave with practical skills, increased confidence, and a stronger foundation for serving families in diverse birth environments.
